Tasting | Purple color, young. Characteristic and fresh nose, mostly cherry. Supple, tender palate with light concentration, which lets the fruit express itself. |
Gastronomy | A very pleasant Pinot Noir, ideal for grilled meats or beef rib on the barbeque. In general, it can adapt to all red meats without marinade and all light cheeses. |
