Vinification Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, aging for 9 months, bottled by the estate.
Vineyard management Simple Guyot pruning, with a density of 7,500 hectares, controlled grassing, green harvest 30 days before harvest.
The vineyard 5 Hectares: with vines averaging between 10 to 30 years old.
Tasting Pale yellow color, brilliant. Chiseled nose, very expressive, combining floral notes and grapefruit flesh. The citrus notes show up in a straight, fresh, persistent palate. Beautiful expression of Sauvignon.
Gastronomy This Saint Bris can be served fresh at aperitif time, with seafood or shellfish, exotic cuisine, and fish as well as cuisine featuring goat cheese.
Keeps 1 to 4 years.
