The vineyard | 5 Hectares: with vines averaging between 10 to 30 years old. |
Tasting | Pale yellow color, brilliant. Chiseled nose, very expressive, combining floral notes and grapefruit flesh. The citrus notes show up in a straight, fresh, persistent palate. Beautiful expression of Sauvignon. |
Gastronomy | This Saint Bris can be served fresh at aperitif time, with seafood or shellfish, exotic cuisine, and fish as well as cuisine featuring goat cheese. |
